2 1/2	ts	Tea leaves
2		Cloves, whole
3		Allspice, whole
1	ts	Cinnamon sticks; coarsely crushed
1/2	ts	Orange peel, grated
1/4	ts	Lemon peel, grated
1		5" cheesecloth square; fine mesh
		Cotton string
TO BREW
6	oz	Water; boiling

Place tea leaves, spices, and peels on cheesecloth square. Bring corners together and tie into bag with string.

To brew tea, place bag in mug and add 6 oz boiling water; steep 4-5 minutes.
